Securing a will and a power of attorney is essential to ensure that one’s assets are distributed according to their wishes and that a trusted individual can make crucial decisions on their behalf in the event of unavailability or permanent incapacity.
We offer a discounted rate for couples opting for reciprocal or mirrored wills, streamlining the process by incorporating identical details from both partners’ perspectives. We also offer discounts when multiple documents are prepared and signed at the same time. Blended Family Wills are Wills that contain additional instructions for a more complex division of assets relating to children and stepchildren. Please note, not all parents of blended families require this type of Will.
All prices are inclusive of GST and apply for straightforward Wills and Powers of Attorney which suits the vast majority of people. More complex documents, for instance, those involving setting up complex testamentary trusts and life interests, more complex family arrangements or containing itemised lists of possessions will need to be quoted separately.

For all other matters, call us to organise an appointment and we can quote you based on your specific circumstances. We quote a fixed price for receiving advice in conference, divorce and other various other areas of law. With other matters, Pricing is time based. We disclose all costs up front in all matters including estimates for disbursements (payments to third parties). We do not charge additional admin fees and clearly state where GST is included or not applicable. For ongoing matters, we keep you informed about costs with regular updates so there are no surprises. We pride ourselves on our commitment to total transparency when it comes to costs.
Please note a bank surcharge of 1.4% applies to all card payments.
