Petra Moravek, Barrister & Solicitor and Notary Public
Petra Moravek, solicitor since 1996, recently became a Notary Public.
Petra Moravek BEc LLB GDip Notarial Prac. graduated Monash University with Economics and Law Bachelor’s Degrees in 1995. She has been a practicing solicitor since 1996, commencing employment in a general practice in Dandenong primarily practicing in areas of family law and personal injury. Five years later she started the firm of Moravek & Associates in Burnside which later became Lake Street Lawyers in Lake Street, Caroline Springs. In 2022, she sold her Lake Street Lawyers practice and in 2024, started Grange Lawyers in Maribyrnong.
Petra has a special interest in Wills and Estates, Family Law, Business law and General Practice. She has a fantastic reputation in these areas and has done tremendous work for people when they needed it most.
Petra recently became a Notary Public and is the only Czech speaking Notary in Victoria.
Originally from the Czech Republic, Petra is fluent in the Czech language and can also speak and comprehend Slovakian.
Law Clerk and Practice Manager
Former Manager of Lake Street Lawyers, Law Clerk since 2004.
Matt Wite has worked in various industries over his career before working as a Law Clerk and later Practice Manager of Lake Street Lawyers in Caroline Springs. Matt has extensive knowledge of the inner processes of conveyancing, property and business matters.
Legal Secretary
Law student and dedicated Legal Secretary.
Illiana Wite is currently studying law at Victoria University in the the CBD. She brings a youthful energy to the role of Legal Secretary along with a breadth of knowledge brought from her studies.
